Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) has begun rapid expansion in the Asia-Pacific region.
In a traditional Chinese ceremony, Steve Odell, regional vice president of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, officially opened the company’s new Hong Kong office as the latest in what is a new regional network. This Asia-Pacific expansion includes a new headquarters in Sydney and sales offices in Tokyo, New Delhi, Mumbai and Singapore.
NCLH is aiming to capitalize on the exponential growth of the cruise business amongst Asian travelers, with its plans to base its ships in the Asia region from June 2017.
Speaking to a group of leading Hong Kong travel agents and partners attending the launch, Mr. Odell highlighted the company’s excitement at the possibilities to build all three of its cruise brands amongst travelers in the Asia Pacific markets.
