Seattle-headquartered liner Seabourn has announced its 2015/2016 itineraries which include plenty of Asian firsts.
Three sister ships — Odyssey, Sojourn and Quest — will sail to destinations on all seven continents.
According to Seabourn, 25 of those destinations are either maiden calls or ports the cruise line hasn’t visited in years. Among the new ones are visits to South Korea, China and Japan on the Sojourn, and the South Pacific on the Odyssey.
The Sojourn’s Asia season begins with a 14-day, round\-trip from Singapore to Malaysia and Myanmar, where the ship will stay in Yangon for three days.
On the same ship, there’s a 14-day voyage to Vietnam and Thailand sailing from Singapore to Hong Kong that includes Christmas Day in Cambodia and New Year’s Day in Halong Bay. Other highlights include visits to a collection of islands in the Philippine archipelago and a 21-day, round-trip from Hong Kong to Korea, China and Japan.
